Reading in 2 Timothy this morning and it may as well be subtitled “current events”. Paul’s life on earth is coming to and end and he knows it: he writes from a prison cell with the knowledge that he’s probably about to die for his faith. He therefore doesn’t mince his words, wasting no time […]

I decided to repost this post from Shara over at her https://scasefamily.com/  blog because the scriptures she quotes and the manner in which she states her reasoning is really good. Too many times, because of pride, we can get involved in “exchanges” online that do anything but bring honor to our Lord.  Some real food for thought here. I’d also throw in for good measure Matthew 7:6 NIV “Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.”

Hope you enjoy it and take it to heart as much as I did!
