I haven’t written any posts about the NAR (New Apostolic Reformation) as of late, but it’s not because of their inactivity or the ceasing of their continued spread throughout the Christian church at large. Just keeping abreast of their continued advancement could and can in itself become a full time occupation. Nevertheless there are a couple of websites that I do highly recommend that do an excellent job of lifting the vail on this nefarious movement. One of them is run by Holly Pivec. (Hollypivec.com), and the other is Famine In the Land, and the article of note, to which I shall link to shortly. And then of course there are the 50 + articles that I have authored on this particular movement, which you can find here, should you wish to do so.
This recent post from Rick Becker at Famine In the Land is especially noteworthy because Rick goes to great length to clearly show us how three teachings, namely the Word of Faith (WOF) theology, the Prosperity Gospel and Dominion theology are directly associated with the NAR movement. The article is quite lengthy but it is well worth the investment of time.

Worthy is the Lamb! Blessings!
Thanks. Always helpful. Do you ever use Pirate Christian Media as a resource? http://www.piratechristian.com/
Blessings.

Hi Michael, I know of them and I have read some of their posts but I generally don’t use them as a resource. Normally their documentation is good but there’s something about their tone that bothers me, hard to put a finger on it all the time. I just sense a bit of a crossover between making a case against false doctrine and transferring that animosity to an individual. I try to avoid that if I can. I could be wrong. Blessings.

Thanks Bruce. I really rely on guys like you with research gifts. I am too ADHD I think. Of utmost importance for my well being is spending enough time in the Word so red flags arise quickly when I encounter statements by others which have an odd ring to them. Much of my time is spent outdoors going from project to project with fishing breaks unless it’s too brutal weather wise (like now), or physically laid up (only partially now). Gifts in the body sure vary and we need one another’s gifts for our growth and well being.

Yes, I agree, those pictures of yours of the fawns being a case in point. Hope your neck is feeling better! That’s caused by staring down those ice holes! Blessings Gary.

Thanks Bruce. My neck is mostly better now. I’m laid up a couple more days with a cracked rib. seems I can’t dance with the dog on a slick icy driveway like I used to…lol…ow. laughing hurts.

I used to pride myself on being able to catch my balance if on ice or I tripped over something. Key words being “used to” . . . hoping I didn’t make you laugh 🙂

Big time and it is New Age non-Biblical sources. Unreal when you actually see it in print in many of their books. Blessings Tom.

It truly is another gospel. In my opinion, the NAR, WOF, Dominion, Prosperity are the biggest issues facing the church, the biggest revealer of people’s hearts. The NAR and progressive Christianity are not in any way, shape or form orthodox Christianity. Thank you for shedding light on this! I have a friend getting sucked into this more and more. Sad.

Sorry to hear that Mandy and yes, it is really sad. There are so many distractions nowadays that it can be overwhelming. And then the turn of events with regard to Ravi didn’t help any either, which was also really sad. These are not easy times and things don’t look too promising down the road either so it’s getting close to the one day at a time mode, which in actuality is what Jesus told us to do, not to worry about tomorrow. Blessings!

You’re right about that! I didn’t listen to Ravi much. My one friend’s son was starting to take an interest. I don’t envy my friend having to explain this to him.

I only heard of Dingdash once and I don’t know anything about it; I also dont’ know much about Back to Jerusalem. Are they affiliated with NAR?

No, entirely different subject, Back to Jerusalem has to do with Chinese missionaries within China and DingDash was actually developed by them.
