This is probably one of the best summaries of how to identify a number of the current popular false teachings and the consequences of accepting them that I have run into recently, and I consequently highly recommend it. It is a very detailed and lengthy post but it is well worth the investment of time.

We live in an age where the gospel is hardly recognizable in the visible church. The proliferation of false teachers and false doctrines have produced hordes of false converts, and sadly, thousands of ignorant believers who are deceived in certain areas. In this post, we’ll examine a few of the false assumptions held by many in the visible church. The false teachings of the New Apostolic Reformation, Word of Faith and Prosperity Gospel have contributed to these false assumptions.

    • Well I can tell you Jim that it’s not getting smaller and it’s not going away. Sometimes the size and depth of it, not to mention the multi layers and outright deceitfulness of it, is just staggering. It all boils down to continuing alleged supernatural experience and never ending newly revealed cloaked knowledge, that is addictive like drugs. It is insidiously evil. Blessings brother.
