I know it can be extremely difficult to discern fact from disinformation or misinformation. Here are some links that I personally have found helpful. Hopefully you will find them helpful too.

NOTE: I am acutely aware that fact checking sites are not infallible, but over time, a history becomes evident with regard to accuracy or reliability. Fact Checking with multiple sources that provide links to source documents or videos is always advocated. If all of your sources originate from sites that propagate conspiracy theories or they are historically known for disseminating misinformation, be aware of the magnitude of bias that is in play. Searching for legitimate facts involves looking at multiple sources, both pro and con, and then making a determined discernment as to which source is historically more reliable, especially when it involves a broad spectrum of competently recognized professional authorities, across a specific field being investigated.
