    RE: The president of the marketing agency says, “We hope that all churches that are aligned with the He Gets Us campaign will participate…This includes multiple denominational and nondenominational church affiliations, Catholic and Protestant, churches of various sizes, ethnicities, languages, and geography.”

    This is another example of the undiscerning, doctrine-less, “We all love Jesus” mindset that’s seeping into evangelicalism.

  2. Hello! Thanks for sharing that blog. I have seen the commercials and visited the website. The first thing it says in bold letters is that Jesus “was human too.” Leaves out the most important part of that (that He was fully God as well!).

    I read their post of Jesus being “inclusive” and inviting everyone to the table. It’s a pet peeve of mine that people think that because Jesus ate with sinners, that He was just “hanging out” with them or that He was okay with their active sins. He was trying to SAVE them, not enable them.

    I look forward to reading more of your blog when I have time!
